ALT3 was founded by Joseph Wise and Emaad Elhardouzi — filmmakers shaped inside the highest levels of the U.S. production system who are now building a production company rooted in global standards and long-term creative ambition.
Joseph brings over seven years of hands-on, on-set experience across narrative features, commercial campaigns, and studio productions. A graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts, he has worked internationally on Netflix award-winning films and most recently under producer Miri Yoon on Sony’s latest Resident Evil, directed by Zach Cregger. His background spans independent filmmaking through franchise-level environments, giving him direct exposure to the creative and operational structures that drive major productions.
Emaad brings more than eight years of on-set production experience alongside his background as an entrepreneur and technical strategist. Through Red Letter, the Hollywood-based high-end camera rental company he founded, his leadership supported more than 4,000 professional productions across commercial, fashion, music video, documentary, and feature work. Under his direction, the company generated over $10 million in revenue while maintaining steady growth through significant industry volatility. Red Letter serviced global brands including Apple, Netflix, Nike, Disney, Google, and Porsche, and became an official sponsor of the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC).
Together, they combine cinematic storytelling with operational precision. Today, ALT3 as a production company delivering high-level commercial and narrative work, while laying the groundwork for future creator- and brand-led initiatives. The studio’s focus is clear: execute at international standards now, and build sustainable creative systems over time.
